****GEARING UP for your SUP Experience*****

Water temperatures can fluctuate. It is best to be prepared. We recommend that paddlers have at minimum a shorty style neoprene wetsuit or one-piece neoprene paddle top combined with neoprene shorts or leggings for colder water paddling.

For warmer season/conditions we recommend a quick-dry or warm-when-wet outdoor athletic gear such as paddle tops, rash guards, breathable hiking layers, merino wool, board shorts, athletic swimwear.

Always bring with extra insulating layers with you and a waterproof shell - even if you think you wont use it.

All paddlers should have two towels, water shoes or sport sandals, a sun hat, toque (warm hat), sunglasses with straps, and a change of dry clothes.

Don't forget your sunscreen, waterproof phone case, and snacks and water.
